في FF Fashion، تُصنع كل قطعة حسب الطلب وفقاً لقياساتكِ الخاصة وتفضيلاتكِ في التصميم. وتُفصّل كل عباية وكل فستان بعناية فائقة على أيدي حِرفيينا المهرة، بما يضمن قَصّة مثالية ولمسة شخصية تعكس أسلوبكِ المميّز.
ويعني هذا النهج القائم على التفصيل على المقاس أن كل قطعة فريدة من نوعها، تُصنع حصرياً لكِ منذ لحظة تقديمكِ للطلب.

لا استرجاع ولا استبدال
نظراً إلى الطبيعة الخاصة لقطعنا المفصّلة على المقاس، لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال على أي طلب. وتسري هذه السياسة على مراحل العملية كافة:

أثناء مرحلة التنفيذ (10-14 يوماً): لا استرجاع ولا استبدال، ويُسمح بالتعديلات فقط

بعد التسليم: لا استرجاع ولا استبدال، وتتوفر تعديلات القياس المجانية فقط
لماذا تُعدّ القطع المفصّلة نهائية
تُقصّ كل قطعة وتُخاط وتُنهى خصيصاً لكِ بناءً على قياساتكِ وخيارات التفصيل التي اخترتِها. ولا يمكن إعادة بيع هذه القطع أو تعديلها لتناسب عميلة أخرى.

طلب التعديلات & ضبط القياس
قبل التسليم (أثناء مرحلة التنفيذ)
يمكن طلب التعديلات بعد تقديم طلبكِ وقبل التسليم. تواصلي معنا فوراً إذا احتجتِ إلى تغيير القياسات أو القماش أو تفاصيل التصميم.
يرجى الانتباه: تخضع التعديلات للموافقة ولمرحلة التنفيذ التي وصل إليها الطلب. وبمجرد بدء التفصيل، قد تصبح بعض التغييرات غير ممكنة.

تسليم قطع مصنوعة يدوياً

مدة التفصيل 10-14 يوماً
تُصنع كل عباية يدوياً بعناية فائقة وبأدق التفاصيل. يرجى إتاحة مدة 10 إلى 14 يوماً للتفصيل على المقاس والتسليم. فصبركِ يضمن أن تستوفي كل غرزة ودرزة ولمسة نهائية معاييرنا الصارمة في الجودة.

تخضع كل قطعة لفحص جودة دقيق قبل مغادرتها ورشتنا. ومع ذلك، إذا استلمتِ قطعة:
- تعرّضت للتلف أثناء الشحن
- تحتوي على عيوب تصنيع
- تختلف اختلافاً جوهرياً عن مواصفات طلبكِ
