Are all your pieces custom-made?
Yes, every abaya and dress at FF Fashion is custom-made to order according to your specific measurements and preferences. Each piece is handcrafted by our skilled artisans to ensure a perfect fit tailored exclusively for you.
What types of fabrics do you use?
We work with premium, luxury fabrics to ensure the highest quality:
- Premium Organza, Chiffon, and Tulle
- Delicate Taffeta and Luxury Lace
- Premium Suede and Crepe Barbie
- Premium Linen for refined elegance
Each fabric is carefully selected for its quality, comfort, and drape.
Can I add lining to my abaya?
Yes! For select abayas, you can add a full chiffon lining for additional coverage and comfort. This option is available for an additional charge of AED 200.
What's the difference between your abayas and dresses?
Abayas: Traditional flowing garments with exquisite handcrafted details, laser-cut embellishments, and premium fabrics.
Dresses: Stretch dresses designed for comfort and style, perfect for pairing with our abayas or wearing separately.
Ordering & Measurements
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple:
- Browse our collection and select your desired piece
- Choose your fabric and customization options
- Provide your custom measurements in the order form
- Complete payment and we'll begin crafting your piece
What measurements do I need to provide?
For a perfect fit, we require the following measurements:
- Abaya Length: Your preferred length from shoulder to floor
- Weight: For better fitting recommendations (in kg)
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part (in inches)
- Sleeve Length: From neckline to wrist (in inches)
- Scarf Size: Select your preferred size

Can I add special requests to my order?
Absolutely! Use the "Additional Notes" section when placing your order to share any special requests, design preferences, or specific details you'd like us to consider.

When do I need to pay?
Payment is required before production begins. Once payment is confirmed, we'll start handcrafting your custom piece immediately.
Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow 10 to 14 days for custom tailoring and delivery.
This timeframe ensures that every stitch, seam, and finish meets our exacting standards of quality.

We deliver to all GCC countries:

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking information via WhatsApp. You can also contact us anytime for updates on your order status.
Returns & Alterations
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is tailored specifically for you and cannot be resold.
However, we offer complimentary alterations after delivery to ensure the perfect fit.
Can I request modifications before delivery?
Yes! Modifications can be requested after placing your order but before delivery. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to adjust measurements, fabric, or design details.
Please note: Modifications are subject to approval and production stage. Once tailoring has begun, certain changes may not be possible.
Do you offer free alterations after delivery?
Yes! If your garment needs adjustments after delivery, we offer complimentary alterations to ensure the perfect fit. Simply contact us on WhatsApp, and we'll arrange for the necessary modifications at no additional cost.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
While we carefully inspect each piece before shipping, if you receive an item that is damaged during delivery, has manufacturing defects, or significantly differs from your order:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We'll review your case and arrange an appropriate solution or replacement.
